「我認為最完美的甜點，就要讓人看一眼就迫不及待想拿來吃。」配合臺灣的時令節氣與盛產食材，精緻之餘更富含臺灣味但美妙的甜點背後，都有一段艱難卻充滿愛與耐心的過程。在1095天的日子我將蘋果，又稱柰或林檎，根據需求的不同口感，製作了甜點蘋果產品。​​
